Develop user interface designs, prototypes, and wireframes for digital products based on user research and business requirements.

Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the user experience.

Create and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and usability across all digital products.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design and incorporate them into our design processes.

Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Continuously gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve the overall user experience.

Take ownership of the UX design process and drive innovation and improvement in our digital products.
