As a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Columbia Asia Hospital, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Performing various laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Collecting and analyzing samples such as blood, urine, and tissues.
Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring its proper calibration.
Recording and interpreting test results accurately.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate reporting of laboratory findings.
Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Participating in quality assurance programs and implementing measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
Valid certification or licensure as a Medical Laboratory Technologist.
Proven experience working in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and conducting various laboratory tests.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
