We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Head of Operations to lead the company's

sales and operational functions nationwide. The Head of Operations will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, and building a high-performing organizational structure across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and oversee nationwide sales and retail operations

. Drive the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets

. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency

. Build, structure and manage high-performing teams across all branches

. Monitor branch performance, ensuring alignment with company KPIs

. Strengthen customer experience and operational consistency

. Collaborate closely with senior management on growth and expansion initiatives

Requirements

. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within retail, sales, or multi-branch operations

. Demonstrated track record of delivering strong revenue growth and achieving targets

. Strong leadership, organizational and people management capabilities

. Strategic thinker with a data-driven and performance-oriented mindset

. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
