About the company and the role

We are a Listed Malaysian Main Contractor with over 35 years of establishment. Our business has a proven track record in delivering industrial, infrastructure, and data centre projects, and we are currently undertaking a new data centre project for a global client. This position is on-site in Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

What you'll be doing

You will play a commercial role throughout the life of the project. Day-to-day tasks include performing cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. You will manage contracts, including handling variations and progress claims. In addition, you will support commercial reporting and assist with project close-out activities.

Who we're looking for

We want someone with experience in CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) cost management. Exposure to data centre or complex construction projects is preferred.

Location and working arrangement

This is an on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Applicants should be prepared to work at the project site.
