Contract Administrator

Trees Engineering is supporting an offshore Transport & Installation (T&I)

project in Malaysia and is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a

12-month assignment, with staggered onboarding from Q3 2026.

The role will support the administration of project contracts and subcontracts.

Responsibilities include managing contractual correspondence, notices,

variations, claims, records, deliverables, invoices and commercial

documentation.

Candidates should have contract administration experience in offshore, marine,

energy, construction or major infrastructure projects. Strong organisation,

attention to detail and communication skills are required.

Malaysia-based candidates with existing eligibility to work in Malaysia are

encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia would be an advantage.
