Digital Project Manager ( Contract )

We're partnering with a growing boutique digital agency to bring on a Digital Project Manager for a 12-month contract (Fully Remote). The team is tight-knit, creative, and known for their love of great ideas, smart storytelling, and clean digital execution for regional and global brands.

What you'll be doing

Manage day-to-day digital content and creative workflows for a key healthcare client. Take client briefs - refine - turn into actionable creative briefs. Liaise between creative, copy, and account teams to keep timelines and deliverable on track. Oversee content roll-out across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Proofread and QA content for tone, brand, and compliance.

Track progress and approvals using internal and client-side tools. Juggle active tasks while keeping things calm, clear, and maybe even a little fun while you do it. You'll be expected to manage workflows independently, maintain quality, and keep pace with delivery timelines. What they're looking for Solid background in digital content or creative project management. Experience handling B2B clients.

Strong client servicing experience - comfortable handling stakeholders and managing expectations. Excellent communicator, highly organised and calm under pressure Hands-on with online tools and digital workflows. Understands how content and design come together.
