Role Description The Senior Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Puncak Alam. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects related to environmental emission monitoring, industrial effluent systems, and process control solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project engineering activities, preparing technical designs and documentation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with relevant standards.

The Senior Project Engineer will conduct site assessments, support system installation and commissioning, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians. The role also involves collaborating with software development teams to integrate hardware and software components into complete system solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Engineering and Project Management skills, with experience leading end-to-end engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Project Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, preferably with exposure to environmental monitoring or industrial process control systems.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting in industrial environments.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
