Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project milestones.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to provide updates, address concerns, and secure necessary approvals.

Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, progress, and adherence to project specifications.

Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments.

Technical Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Malaysia.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
