Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Define Monetization Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy to grow revenue streams, including advertising products, subscription services, and other monetization opportunities, while delivering value to users and sellers.
• Support Pro-Sellers: Design features and programs that help pro-sellers succeed on the platform, improving their visibility, efficiency, and sales performance.
• Drive Monetization Initiatives: Own the lifecycle of high-impact monetization initiatives, from ideation to execution and optimization.
• Leverage Data Insights: Use analytics and market insights to identify opportunities, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the success of monetization efforts.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to implement monetization strategies and ensure effective communication.
• Enhance User and Seller Experience: Balance revenue goals with creating meaningful and user-friendly experiences for buyers and sellers on the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-7 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing monetization strategies.
• Monetization Expertise: Strong understanding of revenue models, including subscription services, advertising products, and value-added services.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficient in using data and metrics to inform decisions, track performance, and optimize outcomes.
• User-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to balance monetization goals with user satisfaction and success.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplace platforms, and seller ecosystems is a plus.

As a Senior Product Manager – Monetization, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to grow revenue streams across Mudah.my while ensuring the success of pro-sellers on the platform. This role requires a strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making, and a user-first approach to balance monetization goals with delivering value to our customers and sellers.
