The Role You will drive end-to-end product development, turning customer insight into impactful, scalable product experiences.

• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to understand customer needs and shape product strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, QA, and Marketing to deliver new initiatives
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through to launch and iteration
• Build and maintain technical partnerships to strengthen the product's integration ecosystem
• Represent the customer voice throughout every stage of the product development process

What We're Looking For A customer-first product leader who can think strategically and execute with precision.

• Proven track record managing the full product lifecycle in a Product Management role
• Strong ability to translate customer insight into clear, actionable product strategy
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Service Desk
• Exposure to SaaS or product-led growth environments
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude is an advantage
