Customer Care Specialist

We’re partnering with a global payroll & workforce solutions organisation to hire a Customer Care Specialist in Kuala Lumpur.

Step into a role where your customer care skills make a real difference. You’ll be the first point of contact for AU clients, manage high-volume queries, and collaborate with a dynamic Melbourne-based team – all while shaping seamless operations across the region. If you thrive on solving problems, supporting people, and taking ownership, this is the role for you.

What you’ll be doing: Serve as the first point of contact for AU clients and workers.

Handle high-volume inbound & outbound calls via Teams.

Assist workers with queries on

Superannuation & payroll matters

Contracts & schedules

Performance, redundancy, or termination issues etc

Record and manage case details in internal systems.

Liaise with internal teams and escalate issues when needed.

Support HR processes over time and gain exposure to compliance fundamentals.

Collaborate with the Melbourne team and step in to help where required.

Working hours: 7am-4pm (aligned to AU hours) Who we’re looking for: Prior experience in customer service, admin, or HR coordination

Strong written & verbal English

Empathetic, resilient, and high EQ – calm under pressure

Proactive and self-motivated – able to plan and prioritise independently
