Senior Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker) - Penang

Working Hours : 5.5 days / per week (Alternate Saturdays)

1. Monday - Friday, 0830AM - 0530PM

2. Saturday (alternative arrangement, Half day), 0830am - 1200pm

3. Working fully onsite

4. Transport Allowance (Only applicable for candidate from Penang

Island): RM 200.00 / Gross per month

5. Entitled to an annual performance bonus and salary review in

accordance with company guidelines.

Role Summary

As a Senior Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker), you will

oversee daily order fulfillment, manage key customer accounts, and

directly support the Team Lead on strategic process improvement

projects

Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests, order

processing and complaints via phone, email, and portals.

2. Coordinate with logistics and asset management teams to

guarantee timely deliveries and accurate billing.

3. Handle comprehensive customer account management,

including new account setups, document requests, and price

adjustments.

4. Log, investigate, and drive the resolution of customer complaints.

5. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement

sustainable solutions aligned with the company’s Continuous

Improvement philosophy, quality procedures, and ISO policies.

6. Manage credit/debit note issuance and support the finance team

with debtor aging follow-ups.

7. Analyze KPIs alongside the Team Lead to identify bottlenecks

and service delivery gaps.

8. Support the rollout of Customer Care strategies, digital initiatives,

and updated group policies.

9. Assist with administrative compliance (ISO standards, finance

audits) and support the asset department with monthly physical

stock takes.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Must Have Requirements

1. Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to

effectively manage and support Mandarin-speaking customer

accounts and stakeholders.

2. Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills

to handle diverse customer requests professionally.

3. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

in a fast-paced environment.

4. Proven track record in Sales Administration, Customer Service,

or Order Management / Operations.

5. Proactive, analytical attitude with experience working in an

ISO-certified or continuous improvement environment

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
