The Role

We’re supporting a fast-growing global financial technology business, and they’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to own their South African and wider African markets. This is a rare opportunity to manage and grow relationships with major banks while driving new business across the continent.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth across South Africa and the African continent for major banks
• Manage and expand an existing enterprise customer base
• Build and leverage your own network within financial services to identify new opportunities
• Work cross-functionally across the business to drive deals from lead to close
• Collaborate with SDRs and internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient sales process
• Represent the business externally while maintaining a high level of confidentiality

🌟 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in enterprise sales within financial services (banking experience highly desirable)
• Established network and credibility within the financial services sector
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of an entire territory
• Based in Johannesburg (hybrid working possible, but location is essential)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills

📦 The Package

• ZAR 1,600,000 base salary
• ZAR 1,600,000 on-target earnings (OTE)
