Build and maintain voice, text and QA agents and campaign variants across mandates; text-bot development as the omnichannel roadmap lands; regression and release support on a system taking real interactions daily.
Must have: Python, LLM integration, STT/TTS familiarity, API work, GitHub.
Nice to have: Dialogue systems, telephony APIs, Azure, Docker, CI/CD, Hugging Face.
Build and maintain voice, text, and QA agents in production. Develop and enhance text-bot capabilities across customer engagements. Configure and support campaign-specific agent variants. Integrate LLMs, speech services, and APIs into conversational workflows. Conduct testing, regression validation, and release support. Monitor agent performance and help troubleshoot production issues.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve agent quality, reliability, and scalability. Job Experience and skill required 2 - 5 years experience in software, AI or conversational AI Engineering Degree in Computer Science or similar Experience in Python development, integrating and working with LLMs, API development and integration experience, GitHub and Strong debugging and testing Apply now!
