This is a confidential search for an exceptional Strategic Account Executive who thrives on winning new business, engaging C-level decision-makers, and closing complex enterprise software solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and executing strategic account plans.
• Identifying and winning new enterprise clients.
• Building relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Leading consultative, business-outcome-focused sales engagements.
• Working alongside technical specialists to deliver high-value solutions.
• Negotiating and closing enterprise software opportunities.
• Owning your sales pipeline and revenue targets from prospecting through to close.

Desired Experience & Qualification

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 10+ years’ success in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
• Has a proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Excels at winning new logos, not simply growing existing accounts.
• Builds their own pipeline through strategic networking, referrals and executive engagement.
• Is comfortable engaging with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs and senior business leaders.
• Understands digital transformation, automation, AI, cloud, enterprise applications and business processes.
• Has experience managing complex consultative sales cycles.
• Is based in Johannesburg.

Highly advantageous

• Previous experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect before moving into sales.
• Background selling enterprise software, cloud, integration, automation, AI or digital transformation solutions.
• Strong network within large South African enterprises.

Package & Remuneration

• Competitive package of R70,000 – R85,000 CTC (depending on experience).
• Uncapped commission structure with exceptional earning potential.
