• Define and execute the web engineering roadmap
• Lead delivery of enterprise web platforms and portals
• Drive adoption of cloud-native web technologies
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Champion Progressive Web Apps and micro-frontend architectures
• Ensure accessibility, performance and security standards
• Lead and mentor web engineering teams
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Mobile and Backend teams
• Manage technology vendors and external partners
• Establish engineering governance and technical standards
