Digital Marketing Analyst

Jetour South Africa is one of the fastest-growing brands in the local market, and our marketing decisions are only as good as the data behind them. We're looking for someone to own that data end to end and become the single source of truth for how our marketing actually performs.

What you'll do

Digital performance reporting. Analyse spend, CPL, CPA, ROAS and funnel drop-off across every paid and organic channel. Build the weekly and monthly reports that leadership actually uses, broken down by channel, model, region and dealership.

CRM and lead lifecycle. Own the health of our CRM. Routing, accuracy, consistency. Track every lead from capture to conversion, and tell us where and why they fall out.

Contact centre performance. Analyse contact rates, response times and follow-up quality. Keep call centre reporting accurate, timely and honest.

Customer insight. Consolidate CSI and feedback data, surface the trends behind the scores, and turn complaint patterns into recommendations we can act on.

AI-assisted reporting and automation. Use AI tools to automate the repetitive half of this job, data cleaning, report builds, first-pass analysis, summarisation, so your time goes into the thinking, not the assembling. Build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can use, and keep a critical eye on where AI output needs human verification before it reaches a stakeholder.

Data governance. Keep dashboards, templates and trackers structured and current. Manage supplier verification, budget tracking and spend reconciliation. Make sure every internal, dealer, OEM and regional report lands on time and stands up to scrutiny.

Stakeholder alignment. Work across sales, customer service, agencies, media partners and our call centre provider to keep reporting standards consistent with regional and global brand requirements.

What you'll bring

• Strong analytical skills and genuine fluency in Excel — pivot tables, lookups, modelling
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and digital ad platforms (Meta, Google)
• The ability to translate messy data into a clear recommendation someone can act on
• Meticulous attention to detail and the confidence to challenge numbers that don't add up
• Automotive, dealer network or agency experience is an advantage
