Are you an accomplished sales executive with a proven track record of leading large-scale outbound sales operations and delivering exceptional commercial growth?

Our client, a leading insurance sales organisation, is looking for a Head of Sales to lead a 500-seat outbound sales operation, drive revenue growth, develop high-performing leaders, and shape the future of one of South Africa's most established sales businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and commercial performance

Lead and develop senior sales leadership teams

Own sales strategy, forecasting, and operational execution

Improve sales quality, compliance, and conversion rates

Present business performance to Executive Leadership

Build a high-performance culture and succession pipeline

Requirements

Matric (essential)

Relevant Business, Commerce or Sales qualification (advantageous)

FAIS compliant with Key Individual capability

5+ years leading large outbound sales/contact centre teams

Strong insurance or financial services sales leadership experience

Proven success managing revenue, budgets, and commercial performance
