We're looking for a Senior BI Analyst & Team Lead to drive business intelligence, analytics, automation, and self-service reporting within a fast-paced digital environment. You'll lead a team of analysts, build scalable data solutions, influence commercial strategy, and play a key role in evolving advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities.
5+ years' experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Data Science
Leadership or mentoring experience
Advanced SQL and data pipeline expertise
Strong skills in Python, Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools
Experience delivering actionable commercial insights
Passion for automation, analytics, and solving complex business problems
