SUMMARY

We are looking for an independent recruiter with strong networking and sourcing skills to secure employer clients and recruit candidates. Must be self-driven, computer literate, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities Source and secure new employers and recruitment clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify recruitment opportunities within various industries Advertise vacancies and source suitable candidates Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews Match candidates according to client requirements Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes Maintain a database of clients and candidates Requirements Previous recruitment, sales, or business development experience will be advantageous Strong networking and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Good negotiation and client relationship skills Computer literacy and experience with recruitment platforms Own laptop, cellphone, and reliable internet access Minimum Requirements for an Independent Recruiter Education & Knowledge Matric / Grade 12 certificate Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advantageous) Professional Networking & Recruitment Advertising Platforms Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and labour legislation What We Offer Flexible working arrangement Commission-based earning potential Opportunity to grow your own client portfolio Supportive and professional working environment Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
