Sales Representative (Commission Only)

Introduction

Our client the Telecommunication Industry is seeking an experienced target driven, sales oriented Sales Representative to be based at their offices in Bedfordview. The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, promoting the Company's products and services, building strong client relationships, and securing sales through proactive business development.

This is a commission-only position with a monthly petrol allowance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Promote and market Installcom Group's products and services.

Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.

Identify and secure new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Schedule and attend client meetings and sales presentations.

Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers.

Follow up on sales leads and close sales opportunities.

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

Represent the Company professionally and ethically at all times.

Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and lawful instructions.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric

At least 1 year sales experience

Previous sales experience will be advantageous.

Cold calling and proactive business development are essential requirements of this role.

Ability to confidently approach and engage prospective clients to generate new business.

Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.

Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagu

Package & Remuneration

Commission-Only Position

Commission: 40% of the Gross Profit (GP) on all deals originated and concluded by the Sales Representative.

Commission Threshold: Commission is payable from the first Rand (R1) of Gross Profit generated. Commission Payment:

Petrol Allowance: R3,500.00 per month.
