We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our globally expanding sales team as an Inside Sales Executive.

Job Summary

The Partner Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners while generating new business opportunities. This role involves partner engagement, lead generation, outbound prospecting, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners while providing necessary training and support.
• Collaborate with partners to define sales goals and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue opportunities.
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through partner networks and outbound prospecting activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify potential leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Research and identify potential customer accounts and business opportunities within assigned regions.
• Coordinate with internal Product, Marketing, Legal, and Sales teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report key partner performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, customer information, sales activities, and follow-up actions within company systems.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
• Support regional teams by participating in customer demonstrations, trade shows, partner events, and other business development activities when required.
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation, time management, and professionalism in all responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Experience within the SaaS industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships.
• Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
