Netstar Sales Agent (Call Centre)

Introduction

A well-established financial services contact centre is seeking experienced Netstar Sales Agents to join its dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals with proven experience selling vehicle tracking solutions in a high-volume call centre environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sell Netstar and other vehicle tracking solutions to prospective customers over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately capture customer information and sales on internal systems.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
• Provide professional and efficient customer service throughout the sales process.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 6 months' outbound call centre sales experience selling vehicle tracking products (Netstar, Tracker, Cartrack, or similar).
• Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong objection-handling and closing abilities.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven call centre environment.

Package & Remuneration

Location: Bram Fischer Town, Johannesburg

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: R3,000 – R6,000 basic per month (depending on experience) + attractive performance-based earning opportunities
