Brand Manager

Introduction

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen the company's market presence, enhance brand equity, and drive customer engagement. The role ensures consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints while delivering marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, sponsorships, promotions, and in-store activities.
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, franchise owners, and external agencies to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise activities to maximise return on investment.

Product Launches & Promotions

• Lead branding and promotional activities for new product launches and special events.
• Analyse customer and market feedback to improve future campaigns.

Brand Management

• Maintain brand consistency across all communications, marketing materials, and business divisions.
• Develop branded content and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, agencies, and business partners.

Project Management

• Manage marketing projects from planning to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and monitor project progress.
• Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and strategic initiatives.

Budget Management

• Develop and manage annual marketing and promotional budgets.
• Monitor expenditure and contribute to the effective management of the MAP Fund.

Team Collaboration

• Foster collaboration across marketing, creative, sales, suppliers, and franchise owners.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the creative team to ensure high-quality marketing output.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising and in-store marketing activities.
• Conduct store visits when required to review campaign implementation and presentation standards.
• Maintain marketing material inventory, coordinate stock counts, and prepare professional presentations to support marketing initiatives.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Marketing qualification or related field preferred.
• Strong marketing, branding, and project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an understanding of branding, design principles, reporting, and administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with excellent attention to detail.

Package & Remuneration
