The officer shall be based in Johannesburg. The Charted Accountant position is Independent Contracting subject to review per performance

The preparation and reviewing of financial reports , The compilation and reporting to tax authorities of client tax returns, To source new business and promote the development of the Golden Natural Cocoa Powder Products under the cocoa bean’s services line - www.thecocoabeans.com

To help in the implementation of the Tax connect program on Tax education and compliance and Tax talk show -a media Campaign and discussion program, To help source for new business, ie auding and internal Audit services as part of business growth, in writing proposals, Oversee the bookkeeping services support element of the business growth strategy

To help develop the investment appraisal model and evaluate the business financing strategy for clients, The officer upon successful being recruited shall report to the Associate partner

Requirement.

The prospective candidate must hold an accounting degree and a professional qualification eg ACCA /SAICA member. /SAIT /Business Accountant practicing officer Expert in Taxation /auditing /financial Management, understanding of investment and the cocoa industry shall be of great advantage Understanding of regulatory compliance within the south African business environments tax system/good governance principles.

Computer literate and strategic business development acumen an advantage Ready to travel as and when required Knowledge of business operation of the African development bank will be advantage Ability to write and review proposal and good supervision skill for skill transfer Must have at least 5 years of experience in a multi facet industry exposure and in the Accounting and financing field.

Candidate must be self-starter and goal getter, able to work with less supervision and ability to manage pressures

Must have a management and supervision skills, ability to hold strong relationship with subordinate to achieve results, and candidates must have the right to live and work in South Africa.
