Introduction

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Ability to conceptualise original and visually compelling design solutions
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual communication principles
• High level of accuracy in artwork preparation, layout, and quality assurance

The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing high quality visual communication materials that effectively promote the organisation's brand, products, services, and strategic initiatives.

The role ensures that all creative assets are visually compelling, consistent with the organisation's brand identity, and delivered within agreed timelines to support marketing, sales, digital platforms, internal communications, and customer engagement

Job Description

Creative Design & Concept Development

• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing campaigns, advertising, digital media, print, and corporate communications based on project briefs.

Graphic Design Production

• Design and produce high-quality artwork for brochures, flyers, catalogues, posters, presentations,
• advertisements, signage, packaging, and promotional materials

Digital Content Design

• Create graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, online advertisements, digital banners, and multimedia content

Brand Identity Management

• Ensure all visual communications comply with corporate identity guidelines, brand standards, typography, colour palettes, and design principles.

Marketing Campaign Support

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions.

Website & Digital Asset Design

• Design website graphics, icons, landing pages, infographics, and user interface elements in collaboration with web developers and digital teams.

Social Media Creative Development

• Develop engaging static and animated social media graphics, stories, infographics, and promotional content tailored to various platforms.
