• Spearhead the end-to-end management of various property transfers, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met.
• Confidently handle normal estate agent transfers, providing seamless service to clients and agents.
• Assisted sale transfers, specifically with ABSA Help
• USell and Standard Bank Easy
• Sell, demonstrating proficiency in their unique processes.
• Overseeing of Sheriff transfers, ensuring compliance and efficient execution.
• Insolvent estate transfers, maintaining accuracy and adherence to legal frameworks.
• Deceased estate transfers Accurately prepare and manage all financial aspects of transfer transactions, including calculations and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Transfer Secretary or Paralegal with a strong focus on conveyancing.
• Demonstrable experience in handling normal estate agent transfers.
• Specific experience with assisted sale transfers, including ABSA Help
• USell and Standard Bank Easy

• Experience with Sheriff transfers.
• Experience with insolvent estate transfers.
• Experience with deceased estate transfers.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a highly detail-orientated approach.
