Are you an experienced Conveyancing Secretary with a strong background in Bond Registrations? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm looking to add a detail-oriented and motivated professional to their dynamic Conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities

Managing bond registration files from instruction through to registration. Liaising with banks, clients, estate agents, and the Deeds Office. Preparing and drafting bond documentation. Ensuring compliance with lender requirements and firm procedures. Keeping clients informed throughout the registration process. Attending to post-registration administration and file finalisation.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary handling Bond Registrations. Experience working with major bank panels will be advantageous. Proficient in GhostConvey , Lexis Convey , or similar conveyancing software. Excellent administrative and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Professional communication and client service skills.
