360 Recruitment Consultant - Commission

Introduction

WMS is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the Information Technology sector. This is a commission-only opportunity offering uncapped earning potential, ideal for recruiters who are motivated by results and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid or remote working environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop new business and build strong client relationships.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to placement.
• Source, screen, and interview IT professionals.
• Manage client and candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close placements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Achieve agreed placement and revenue targets.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Previous recruitment experience (360 recruitment preferred).
• Strong sales, business development, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own recruitment desk.
• IT recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
