Mobile Engineer

Role description

Design and develop mobile applications following Clean Architecture principles.

Write high-quality Kotlin code with deep understanding of language features and best practices. Build shared code using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) to maximise code reusability across platforms. Debug and refactor legacy React Native code to improve performance and maintainability. Work in an agile environment with continuous integration and delivery.

Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Contribute to architectural decisions and improve our development practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years work experience.
• Strong skills in Mobile Application Development and experience delivering production-ready Mobile Applications.
• Proficiency in iOS Development and familiarity with platform-specific frameworks, tools, and app store deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in mobile architectures.
• Experience in Software Development practices, including version control, testing, debugging, and continuous integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Kotlin is required and Swift or React Native is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud services, mobile security best practices, and performance optimization techniques is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly, and manage time and priorities effectively.
