Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key client accounts.
• Proactively identify, hunt and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and grow your own client base through proactive business development (no existing customer base will be provided). Build strong, solution-driven client relationships.
• Understand client needs and present customised promotional solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations and Production). Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• Own reliable vehicle essential.
• Minimum 3 years'''' external sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience within the Promotional Products, Branding, Marketing or related industries will be advantageous.
• Well-presented with excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and passionate about new business development.
• Strong negotiation, closing and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
