Starzmann Consulting is an immigration consultancy specialising exclusively in South African immigration law. We are looking for an experienced Senior Immigration Specialist to join our growing team in Cape Town.

This is a senior position for a highly skilled professional who is able to manage complex immigration matters independently while delivering exceptional client service.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a broad range of immigration matters, including:

• Temporary Residence Visas
• Permanent Residence Permits
• Waivers
• Appeals
• Overstay matters
• Visa extensions
• Complex immigration queries
• Liaising with the Department of Home Affairs
• Advising international clients throughout the immigration process

Minimum Requirements

Applications will only be considered if you meet ALL of the following requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years' proven experience working exclusively with South African immigration law
• Extensive experience across all temporary and permanent residence visa and permit categories
• Excellent understanding of the Immigration Act, Regulations and current Home Affairs practice
• Ability to manage complex applications independently from consultation through to submission
• Excellent written and spoken English (German would be an advantage)
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Professional, client-focused and solution-oriented approach
