Quantity Surveyor – Construction and HVAC12-Month Fixed-Term ContractSalary: R27,000 per monthLocation: Cape Town CBDAn experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to manage the commercial and cost-related aspects of building mechanical services and construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs from tender estimation through to interim cost reviews and final account completion. This role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent attention to detail and the ability to minimise project costs while maintaining the required quality and contractual standards.
