This is the role for you if you are looking to grow your career and have previously worked in 4+* restaurant environment. Luxury / upmarket restaurant experience is ESSENTIAL

Duties & Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry at a senior management level in an upmarket establishement
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage staff and stock
• A passion for guest experience and a drive to deliver memorable moments
• Commercial acumen and the ability to drive revenue while maintaining excellence

Package & Remuneration

Dependant on experence - R 25 - 50 000
