Duties & Responsibilities

You'll own Potentiam's end-to-end growth strategy, bringing together

• Inbound Marketing (SEO, AEO, Content & Website Optimisation)
• Account Based Marketing (ABM)
• Outbound Demand Generation
• HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation
• Revenue Operations & Commercial Systems
• AI & Workflow Automation
• Business Development Leadership

You'll lead our Marketing Manager and Data Specialists while partnering closely with the executive team to improve pipeline quality, conversion rates and commercial performance.

We're looking for someone who has

• Proven experience leading B2B Growth, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations or Growth Marketing within a technology or professional services business
• Built and scaled inbound and outbound demand generation strategies
• Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation and commercial reporting
• Experience with SEO, AEO, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ABM and content marketing
• Worked with data enrichment platforms such as Clay, Apollo or similar
• Successfully introduced AI and automation into marketing or commercial teams
• Led or coached Business Development Representatives (BDRs) or commercial teams
• A highly analytical mindset with a passion for building scalable growth engines
