Requirements

• University degree mandatory (Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field)
• Minimum 1 year of building/construction experience required (candidates with 1-4 years experience preferred)
• Demonstrable experience in residential or commercial construction projects
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building processes
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
