About the Role

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands creator culture, and knows what makes people stop scrolling.

This role combines two equally important areas of marketing:

Social Media Content Creation & Performance CreativeInfluencer Marketing & Creator PartnershipsYou'll play a key role in growing Buddy Bites by creating engaging social content, developing high-performing paid ad creatives, and expanding our network of creators and influencers.

We're looking for someone who loves bringing fresh ideas to life through social media, isn't afraid to jump in front of a camera when needed, and enjoys building genuine relationships with creators. If you spend hours on Instagram "doing research", save ads because you love the hook, and get excited turning ideas into content that actually performs—we think you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

• Social Media & Content CreationPlan, create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.

Film and edit short-form videos, including UGC-style content, product videos, trend-based content, educational videos and behind-the-scenes footage.

Brainstorm creative concepts and content ideas for product launches, campaigns and always-on social media.

Write engaging captions, hooks and on-screen copy that encourage engagement and conversions.

Repurpose existing content into multiple formats across different platforms.

Assist with planning, styling and executing content shoots with creators, customers, shelter partners and pets.

Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates and emerging content formats.

Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels.

Performance CreativeCreate high-performing creative assets for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms.

Turn influencer, customer and in-house content into compelling paid advertisements.

Develop multiple creative angles, hooks, thumbnails and ad variations for A/B testing.

Work closely with the marketing team to analyse creative performance and iterate on winning concepts.

Research competitor ads and trending creatives to continuously improve campaign performance.

Generate new content ideas that support customer acquisition and subscription growth.

Influencer Marketing & Creator PartnershipsIdentify, source and recruit creators, influencers and brand ambassadors across Hong Kong & Singapore.

Conduct proactive, high-volume outreach to build Buddy Bites' creator network and establish long-term partnerships.

Manage product seeding campaigns, gifting initiatives and influencer onboarding.

Coordinate paid collaborations, campaign timelines and content deliverables.

Negotiate content usage rights, whitelisting permissions and campaign requirements where applicable.

Build genuine, long-term relationships with creators and identify opportunities for ongoing collaborations.

Track campaign performance and recommend ways to improve ROI.Maintain an organised influencer CRM/database and continuously grow Buddy Bites' creator community.

Stay up to date with emerging creators, industry trends and opportunities within the creator economy.

What We're Looking For

• Skills & Experience1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content creation or digital marketing.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram, Facebook and short-form video platforms.
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar software.A strong eye for storytelling and an understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Confident communicating with creators and building long-term relationships.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging hooks, captions and social copy.
• Comfortable filming content using a smartphone or camera.
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns, influencer partnerships and content deadlines simultaneously.
• Bonus Points
• Experience creating Meta or other ad creatives.
• Experience running influencer campaigns at scale.
• Experience with Spark Ads, whitelisting or creator licensing.
• Experience working with pet, lifestyle, FMCG or e-commerce brands.
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• Basic understanding of paid media metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
