Business Intelligence Analyst

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and Power Query solutions to support finance reporting and business insights.

Serve as the Product Owner for Finance Data & Analytics products, managing requirements and driving roadmap initiatives.

Collaborate with Finance, Group Controlling, and Data teams to build data solutions using Databricks, SAP, and other data sources.

Perform ad hoc financial analyses, automate reporting processes, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Create user documentation, provide training and support to key users, and drive continuous improvement through data analytics and change management.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.

Strong technical expertise in Power BI, Power Query, Databricks (SQL/Python), and ERP systems such as SAP.

Solid understanding of financial reporting, data modeling, analytics, and project management principles.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment and business-fluent English.
