About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and grow our digital presence in Penang. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for driving overall B2B lead generation, optimizing Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns, overseeing website management, and planning key industry exhibition events.

• Location: George Town, Penang (Relocation required if based outside Penang)
• Work Arrangement: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Marketing & Lead Acquisition: Create and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase B2B customer acquisition, generate qualified leads, and strengthen the platform’s market positioning.
• Digital Advertising & Conversion Optimisation: Take ownership of paid media campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms, continuously analysing and refining campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead conversion.
• Website & Content Strategy: Manage digital content initiatives, including website updates, brand messaging, and content optimisation to enhance customer experience and maintain a consistent brand presence.
• SEO Planning & Organic Growth: Partner with SEO specialists to develop organic growth strategies, improve search visibility, optimise keyword performance, and provide guidance on effective SEO practices.
• Marketing Campaigns & Industry Engagement: Drive the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, including trade events, exhibitions, P.R. activities, and brand-building campaigns.
• Marketing Team Leadership: Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve departmental goals and business KPIs.
• Insights, Reporting & Performance Analysis: Evaluate marketing performance through campaign data, ROI analysis, and conversion tracking, delivering strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management. Prior B2B, SaaS, or iGaming/tech industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Language: Fluent spoken Mandarin is required for client and stakeholder communication.
• Proven track record in Meta Ads, Facebook campaign management, and B2B lead generation.
• Strong working knowledge of digital analytics, performance marketing, and high-level SEO strategy.
• Solid project management skills, including event and exhibition planning.
• Location & Mobility: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Penang.
