In Hong Kong, the team specializes in EPCC solutions for major power station and E&M projects, covering the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of gas and electrical systems at large-scale power facilities. Working closely with local utilities and industrial clients, the company provides on-site project execution, systems integration, and long-term technical support for critical energy infrastructure.

Role MissionThe successful candidate will support the delivery of complex E&M and power station projects, contributing to project coordination, site execution, quality control, and SHEQ compliance to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for assisting with project tendering, design coordination, site inspection, permit handling, and overall site progress monitoring. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrical professional with solid site experience to join a respected international engineering platform.

Job Description

Assist Project Managers and Engineers in handling E&M projects, including tendering, design work, schedule planning, and site inspections.

Coordinate with clients and contractors on work permits, site measurements, quotations, and related site activities.

Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding work schedules and method statements for installation works.

Conduct site checks to ensure work quality, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices are properly maintained.

Implement and monitor Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) systems.

Support project execution and related technical coordination as required.

Ideal Candidate

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Registered Grade B Electrical Worker.
• At least 5 years of experience in the electrical field.
• Sound knowledge of project management, with relevant construction site experience is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of signal propagation, antenna theory, modulation technology, and RF performance characterization is an advantage.
