Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including documentation and interview coordination.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in coordinating training and development programs.

Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, and overtime records.

Manage daily office administration, including office supplies, pantry, stationery, and general office upkeep.

Coordinate and liaise with vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers (e.g., cleaning services, courier services, office equipment, etc.).

Handle front desk and reception duties, including managing phone calls and visitor coordination.

Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing, quotations, and coordination with suppliers.

Assist in company car insurance renewal and related coordination.

Assist in coordinating company events, internal activities, and staff engagement programs.

Support the organization of meetings and training sessions, including logistics, meals, attendance, and documentation.

Assist in internal and external audits, inspections, and ISO-related matters.

Support Occupational Health & Safety (OSH) activities, documentation and related coordination.

Prepare and record meeting minutes as required.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
