Lead the physical design efforts for new and innovative technology projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement chip architecture.

Develop and implement physical design methodologies and flows.

Conduct physical design verification, including timing and power analysis.

Optimize design for performance, power, and area.

Troubleshoot and resolve any physical design issues.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in physical design.

Mentor and guide junior physical design engineers.

Communicate progress and technical information to team members and management.

Ensure all physical design processes adhere to company standards and guidelines.

Participate in design reviews and provide valuable insights and suggestions.
