Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, methodologies, and results.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to evaluate and integrate new design tools and methodologies.
Participate in design reviews and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
