Receptionist/Customer Service

We are looking for a receptionist to work in a busy Social Security disability law firm.

Who are we looking for? Someone who

• Is friendly, patient and has great telephone skills;
• Is willing to learn our case management system;
• Can listen, learn and follow office procedures;
• Is always willing to learn;
• Is a team player;
• Can file, photocopy, scan and fax;
• Can prepare and send outgoing mailings and packages;
• Who can spell words correctly and can properly utilize basic punctuation;
• Can work independently and get the job done; and
• Is not afraid of being held accountable for getting the job done

Work Schedule is 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 1 hour lunch.
