The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join Robert Walters as a Consultant. As a consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment within our clients' organisations, in return, we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

What you'll do

• Support Project Managers with project governance, ensuring documentation, controls and PMO standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce project reporting, dashboards and portfolio updates, tracking milestones, deliverables and overall project performance.
• Maintain RAID logs, monitor actions, dependencies and risks, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Assist with project financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting, purchase orders and supplier spend.
• Coordinate project meetings, governance forums and stakeholder communications, preparing agendas, minutes and action logs.
• Maintain SharePoint project repositories, ensure document version control, and contribute to PMO process improvements and best practice.

What you bring

• Minimum 6 years' experience as a PMO Analyst, PMO Support Analyst, Project Support Analyst, Project Coordinator or Project Administrator.
• Previous Financial Services or Insurance industry experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of project governance, project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid), RAID management, project reporting and portfolio reporting.
• Experience supporting project financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting, purchase orders and supplier spend.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint, with experience using Power BI, Microsoft Project or Project Online being advantageous.
• Degree, A-Level or equivalent experience, with PRINCE2 Foundation, P3O Foundation, APM PFQ or Agile Foundation certification highly desirable.
