Front Desk Agent – Hospitality Starts With You

We’re looking for a dependable, upbeat, hospitality-minded Front Desk Agent who actually enjoys working with people.

If you’re friendly, reliable, comfortable solving problems, and understand that weekends and holidays are part of the hotel business, we’d love to hear from you.

This is not a position where you simply sit behind a desk. You’ll be the face of our hotel and a key part of our guests’ experience.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and check guests in and out
• Handle reservations, payments, phone calls, and guest requests
• Recognize and assist IHG One Rewards members
• Promote room upgrades, hotel amenities, and The Coastal Bar & Grill
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and hotel leadership
• Resolve guest concerns professionally — not just pass the problem along
• Maintain an organized, professional front desk and lobby
• Complete shift duties, reports, and cash-handling responsibilities accurately

Previous hotel experience is preferred, but attitude, reliability, and hospitality matter just as much. IHG and/or HotelKey experience is a plus.
