Position: Leasing Specialist

Schedule: Full Time: 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, rotating Saturdays

Compensation

Hourly: $18.00 - $20.00, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Conduct apartment tours and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist in developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.
• Process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits.
• Manage move-ins and move-outs effectively.
• Process maintenance requests and work orders.
• Support various administrative and property management tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in apartment management.
• Able to multitask and thrive under pressure.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
