Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and programs that align with the overall goals and objectives of the Enterprise Technology division.

Serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to the Enterprise Technology division, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.

Partner with Enterprise Technology leadership to understand business needs and develop HR strategies to support the achievement of business objectives.

Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of HR policies, processes, and programs across the organization.

Provide guidance and support to Enterprise Technology leaders on talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.

Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Lead and/or participate in organizational development initiatives to drive employee engagement, development, and retention.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR, particularly in the technology industry, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the Enterprise Technology division and across the organization.

Serve as a change agent, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change initiatives to support organizational success.

Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and growth within the organization.

Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Serve as a role model for the company's core values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
