As an Assistant Property Manager at Morgan Properties, you will play a critical support role in the day-to-day management and operations of residential properties. This position provides a competitive base pay ranging from $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, coupled with valuable commission opportunities including $100 for new leases, monthly property staff shared renewal commissions, and additional quarterly bonuses.

The Assistant Property Manager's core duties include managing leasing activities, addressing delinquent accounts, assisting with resident services, maintaining accurate records, processing security deposits, and ensuring compliance with federal and state Fair Housing Laws.

You will also support property management by creating monthly reports, coordinating with staff and vendors, and helping with property maintenance tasks.

This role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Candidates should bring at least two to three years of related experience or training, preferably in property management or a customer service or sales environment with managerial responsibilities.

A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are typically required given the need to travel between properties.
