$$$$ 200 $$$$ signing bonus is given $100 after 30 days, $100 after 60 days, and a performance review after 90 days.

Siebenthaler's is a 150+ year old landscaping company looking for Landscape and Horticultural Maintenance Supervisor as well as crew members. Supervisor candidates must have driver’s license and experience, all candidates must be drug-free and hardworking. Overtime and year-round work available. We are a strong company with 10+ crews and a commitment to superb landscaping and customer service.

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.

We dispatch out of 5250 Cobblegate Rd Moraine 45449 as well as our nursery at 2074 Beaver Valley Rd in Beavercreek. Landscape Crew members compensation $16 - $24 per hour.

Qualifications

-Strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others.

-Good attendance history.

-Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

-Current driver's license is preferred.

Requirements

-To learn & understand The Siebenthaler Company Method

-Maintain a good attendance and performance record.

-To work towards Assistant Supervisor status.

• Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday work required, when necessary. Post-hire random, post-accident and upon suspicion of use drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Post-hire motor vehicle exam required only of foreign and domestic workers who drive company vehicles (driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position) On-the-job training will be provided to the worker.

Come in for open interviews Wednesdays 9-11 and Fridays 1-3 at both 5250 Cobblegate Rd in Moraine as well as 2074 Beaver Valley Rd in Beavercreek. We will interview for nursery and garden center positions as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 60.0 per week
